Could anyone please share insights on the work culture, hikes, and bonuses at Cvent? They’re asking for a 2-year bond, which makes me a bit doubtful about the overall employee experience.

Currently, I’m working with EY GDS in a Marketing profile, and Cvent has offered me a 30% hike on my CTC. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated
