Should I also deduct employer PF amount from my take home ?

I calculated the take home as SUM of Basic, HRA, Executive, LTA, Conveyance, Medical allowance = 2,01,4480 / 12

Deductions - PF, Gratuity

Got an offer from talentica for around 11 lpa as a software developer.issue is they are giving 2 months to join whereas my notice period is 3 months.
Can someone guide me what to do?
