I have cleared 2 rounds of interviews for Cybage. They have asked me for the documents followed by salary negotiation. I am having 11 years of experience in AWS and has applied for AWS architect role. My current package is 27 lakh. How much should i ask during negotiation? What designation would i get? Do they give any joining bonus, if yes then how much should i ask? Any other thing should i take care during negotiations?

How professional is it if a candidate ( with many interactions and follow ups ) who is supposed to join the next day calls in this day evening and says she/ he got another offer and wants to step in that ?
