I'll be honest. I have always believed that to be true LOL. Every trainer I have seen has talked so highly about intermittent fasting.

Oh jesus. Intermittent fasting. Keto. Teas that will make you skinny and DEFINITELY aren't just laxatives in different flavors. The idea that wearing a waist trainer is easier than working out or eating well. Some of my patients seriously worry me with the things they think are true. So much fatphobia in diet culture has just led to a misinformation landslide.

I used to pursue trendy diets in University– until I developed Hypothyroidism for lacking some vitamins and minerals and because of my overconsumption of soy– been getting soy green tea latte as I thought it'd be a healthier alternative to dairy. Anyway, lesson learned the hard way.

Any supplemental/diet detox/cleanse that isn’t dialysis is just junk science. If you have a working liver and kidneys, congrats! You have detox!

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. Trying to have faith but my recent cycle netted 16 eggs, 8 fertilized and only 2 made it to day 5 for testing. There were 3 others that just didn’t mature. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area.
