I have got two offers, one from hollister inc(product based but employee strength is 250 only. 121 yrs old company) for 42 lpa(10% variable included) for gurgaon location. Other from global logic for 42 lpa at Bangalore location. Which one should I choose? My current location is chandigarh(WFH) but I am open to relocate. Both have hybrid work model. YOE- 15 yrs. Tech stack- DevOps. Current CTC is 33

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
