I need an advice on how to approach Deloitte's payments team to rectify a mistake. Deloitte changed its name from Deloitte SA to Deloitte TTL due to which TDS incorrect data as been populated in 26 A document. Now on filing ITR, I am being asked to pay extra 14k instead of actually getting around 70k as refund from govt. Whom should I reach out to to make the correction?

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
