I served 10 years in service based companies and yet to reach 20 LPA, want to switch now to some high paying jobs. I can work very hard but can't handle startup level pressure.
Tech Stack: Java, SpringBoot, Microservices
Open for suggestions on learning high paying technology learning or high paying companies for same tech.

I need some help. I have 3 YOE.
Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E
