I’m currently working in IT with an official 90-day notice period. To get more recruiter calls, I updated my Naukri profile with shorter availability, but during calls recruiters expect immediate joiners and lose interest once they hear about 90 days.

How are others handling this situation successfully?

- Do recruiters consider candidates with 90 days notice?
- Is it better to mention “serving notice” instead?
- Any practical tips to negotiate early release?

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.

Female 27..yoe 6 mostly in mngmnt.Couple of months back i switched into technical line all by self study,no real world expsure.Luckily i was able to clear interviews but now i feel like that am stuck..nt able to grasp technical wrk really well, although i am holding industry experience still feeling like fresher knowing literally nothing(am fresher in this line though but still...) Everyday i get up &sleep with work anxiety I wana give up but dont know what to do. Am i being impatient?

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
