Got a workday offer letter yesterday. As per that joining is on 11th July, but I can't join on 11th July as my LWD in Accenture is on 30th July. Should I accept offer letter or should I wait for them to change joining date?

Question: Isn’t 6 months time good enough to gauge an experienced person basis on performance? Cause I have literally worked 10-12hrs on a daily basis.

Working in advertising after moving from the midwest has been a real eye-opener. Anyone feel like there's a pretty intense coastal bias in the ad world? Especially in New York. I swear some of the people I work with don't know the world doesn't end at Manhattan's borders. Not sure if it's similar on the west coast.

I am a recent grad who has gotten sucked into healthcare marketing and though I like it, I dont love it. I’m trying to find a job in something like tourism/ entertainment or an agency job. I feel pretty down that I’m stuck in a field I don’t love. My creativity is also hindered which is why I don’t want to be in this field anymore. I want to let my creativity flow. There’s a corporate partner that was a big-time lateral hire. He is always out of the loop on the deals and hands off on everything BUT any time there is a client call, he tries to provide input that is very off base (i.e., stating incorrect facts, creating inapplicable hypotheticals, or being an alarmist on items were previous addressed). It makes me cringe every time because the partner from a different corporate group has to cover his gaffes on the call. Has anyone run into this situation?

Valuelabs - permanent work from home with bi-annual hikes.

IBM - hybrid work mode

Tech - Automation tester with 5.5years of experience.
