Is anyone’s joining date in June for Tecstack Automation Testing?

Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. My niche area has really burnt me out, as it’s very political and I want to expand my horizons. I am already working on completing my GPHR certification. Any other tips?

Just got let go. I think the separation agreement is pretty standard but wondering if I should have a lawyer look over it anyway. If so, does anyone have experience with finding one or have a ballpark of how much a task like this would cost? NYC based if that helps.

I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?
