My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say, there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary. Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.

Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

If you try to get a counter offer, you may get better terms but your group will view you as disloyal and it will likely hurt your long term prospects.
I was kind of thinking that. It really depends on the firm you work at though.
This will not work.
You cannot force an organization to give something they do not independently desire to give.
Especially if it's culture related, the outcome will be a clock on how quickly they can replace you. If you want to leave, then leave. If not, understand that they will not change.
This includes compensation. If a company doesn't fully value you and then later they try to increase compensation to retain you, they do not value you more, they just value the disruption of your immediate absence. Rest assured they will replace.

“How a company views your value informs its culture” is excellent advice
Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Leave and see if they want you back in a year or two
Specifically, I would like to work more with the partner who hired me, but otherwise has not done anything to integrate me into his practice or train me. In your views, would an offer elsewhere facilitate integration? Is it a fools errand to try?
Frankly, yes.
I think the best way to accomplish that would be to have a candid conversation with the partner about your interest to work with them. If after that they remain uninterested, then they do not want to work with you.
Using a competing offer is only likely to isolate you and make it so that your engagements are closely followed by the firm's HR team from this point forward.

I had a friend who got a $10k raise at a black box firm doing this. That’s about it though
I would personally leave and come back rather than staying for a counter but that's just my personal opinion
