Is SAP consultant still one of the sought after careers ?
My seniors in my team say that it was a high demand role once upon a time.

I'm in this role since past 4 years and I have completely lost interest in continuing this role. The reason being - Monotonous work, limited scope for innovation, and the only target being "Resolve the incident within SLA otherwise client will escalate!!"

Considering my experience in this role, it is difficult for me to switch to different role.

Are Tuck and Darden really much better for consulting than other schools? Yeah they have that rep but it seems they have more students recruit for MBB so overall success rate into these firms isn’t much higher than other schools.

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
