Hi Fishes, I've got an offer from HPE with around 35% hike on my current compensation. However I am expecting a 12% appraisal in my current role, that will leave the effective hike to be around 23%.

On the RSU front, they are offering me half of what I am getting now.

Work wise the work is similar just that In my current role I am struggling to get promotions due to favoritism.

I tried to negotiate but this is the best they can offer.

What should I do, should I resign based on this offer?

You mention 35% but it's better to mention amount also because salary depends on CCTC as it's not FAANG company.

I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.

I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Profile : SAP EHS Consultant 4YOE
Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable

Hello everyone.
Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.
