I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. While joining, the company says.. Congratulations, here is your offer letter. Kindly confirm your acceptance over email. As the last step you have to sign the OL "on the date of your joining."

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.
