Any one here from magneti marelli account?
Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Hi All,
Looking to make the move from working in industry to big4 and was curious as to what level and pay I might be worth?
I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

So we might not have a list but should we start something on here? Not a huge sample size either.
I'll go first. Fuck it.
SC, Consulting, $72k thanks to the cuts.
Pro
Deloitte bands are roughly as below (obviously outliers exist at all levels). All figures inclusive of Super. Bonuses extra.
SC - 90k -120k
M - 120k - 150k
SM - 150k - 180k
D - 180k - 220k
Internal promotes start at the bottom of the band, lateral hires can be hired at or near the top of the band and with pay- rises can overlap the lower end of the next band.
Pro
Well, if we're getting technical, A&A/RA don't have SCs, they have SAs :P
But yes. The bands outlined are Consulting specific.
A good rule of thumb is - non Consulting levels map to -1 Consulting levels in terms of pay. Know for a fact Advisory Managers make similar $$ as Consulting SCs.
Would probably be worth the effort.
M, Consulting, Newly promoted 150k inc. super
SC, AARC, 79k total package (inclusive of super)
Alright happy to add myself in here too
A2, 105k inclusive of super + bonus
Great thread. Another data point: SC, consulting - 100k + super
SC, Consulting,KPMG 103k + super. Good thread.
That’d be nice to see
