Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Okay so, I find myself in a tough situation. Recently, my professional license became jeopardized. There’s many details that I rather not share publicly just incase, but trust me when I say that this was over a ridiculous complaint that wasn’t serious. I have an attorney involved working with me on an appeal, but I’m really nervous and feel that I morally made the right decisions in the situation that I faced. I have received my final payment after 10 days of my last working day.
Because after Date of exit is updated only we can start the PF transfer process right?
