Hi Fishes , on salary negotiation hr said max i can offer you 11.5 i will send for approval if not u will get 10.5 , so my question is if 11.5 is rejected will he atleast come with offer 10.5 or any case where my application direclty rejected .

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
