Hi,
Not an expert but a few of these metrics can be helpful:
a. No. of unique visitors on reels (helps you gauge interest)
b. No. of unique visitors vs repeat visitors on reels (helps you gauge stickiness)
c. Out of total time spent on Instagram, time spent on reels feature (helps you gauge user interest)
d. Increase / decrease in time spent on Instagram per user after introduction of reels (helps you assess whether reels has made any difference)
e. Proportion of reels in total content posted (another imprtant metric can be assessing growth rate of content being posted on reels vs others)
f. Increase / decrease in new user sign-ups after introduction of reels
g. Out of top accounts, how many have adopted reels
h. User engagement on reels content vs other content (likes, replies etc.)
There can be others as well but these are the ones that I could think of immediately.
