Advice needed!! Have 8+ years of compliance/legal/in house experience (not privacy law except HIPAA). Why raise taxes on businesses when we've just found out how fragile it is to be able to run a small business?Why not at least propose some kind of progressive corporate tax structure if you want to raise taxes on corps?

Have you talked about your wedding with coworkers? I made the mistake of saying I had to leave work a little early one day because I was going to do a tasting at my venue. That starts a debate on why one shouldn’t get married, how much wedding costs & what a waste it is, dresses are stupid because you only wear them once, etc. I haven’t talked about my wedding much, but I didn’t appreciate this. I ignored the negative comments and we moved the conversation along. Not talking about that anymore!

For those of you who have done both, is it better to work at a large or small firm? I'm afraid I'd get lost in the crowd at one of the larger firms, but I'm worried I won't have as many opportunities at a boutique. Would love some insight.
