I've received a offer from State Street & I'm planning to join. Can anyone give me insights about the employee benefits in State Street? I got employee benefit letter that says Cab, Meals, Brodband Bill is provided. Are those included in CTC or extra benefit? How much is the meal & Brodband allowances?

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
