Yes, based on project and if you are tagged to any Credit Card related project, don’t join. In general, they are now honouring variable pay. Worst bench policy. Serious disconnect between long timers and new joiners. Worst bench policy that after 3 months regardless if you were hired as a part if proactive hiring, you are forced to go on sabbatical. Unfriendly health care benefits as they use broker instead of having Mediassist on direct payroll. At times, I personally felt loss of self respect and started questioning my own ability. Chennai location Credit Card project is like a plague and please stay away.

Mphasis VS Virtusa: I have worked in both and I am seeing Mphasis a slightly more toxic. I would suggest you to go through the offer carefully for terms and conditions. Please see my comments above for Mph-BNY. So there is an element of risk going to bench sooner. Regarding Virtusa, please check in their Bowl for latest update on their relationship with BNY.

Are exclusive social clubs in DC worth the money? I just realized how expensive it is after going through the whole application process ($4k initiation fee and $3.5k annual membership fee).
