Before two years RPA role was highly demanding but now for this position there are more professionals and Agentic AI other inventions in Uipath also reducing hope for more developers. At this time for long term wat we can do? The problem is maximum for mid level experience person who is from 5 to 8 years experienced. Wat can be the safest move for the long term reliability of job.

My dad is dying of cancer.
