Hi folks, I am a Salesforce Devloper with an experience of over 2.5 years seeking for new job opportunities. I have come across a new thing while applying for different opportunities. I get shortlisted(screening round), get a mail for interview to be scheduled in near future/sometimes calls from HRs for interviews and then no response leading to rejection/no response. Kindly put down your thoughts as I'm not able to understand what am I supposed to work in order to attend more interviews.Thanks

However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?
