Covered under wife’s HSA all year. I’ve had no insurance myself. I just started with a new role that has a $0 premium HSA and was debating just enrolling myself for the remainder of 2022 and contributing the federal max. And then during open enrollment, putting rest of family on my plan in 2023 and dropping wife’s. Any red flags with this? Just trying to maximize tax savings for this year given my new job. Anyone experience a situation like this before?

My joining date at EY GDS is in September. By now, I have uploaded required documents and also I had a BGV done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was unsuccessful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also shared my Aadhar as a proof of my residence to the FADV POC .This was done more than 14d ago but still no reply. How do I know if my BGV is done? HR is not responding .
