Going through a really bad depressive episode (I’m bipolar ii), talking about getting my meds adjusted tomorrow with my doc but I feel like I can’t function. I’ve got meetings stacked up, have recently just come back from some unrelated personal time off, a week of COVID and now this. I hate it and just want to hide. Part of the stress is the visibility of my job, and don’t want to let my team down. I love leadership and people but I hate going through this, very few people know I struggle here.

Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary).
