I have been interviewed at JPMorgan Chase and received positive feedback from HR. However, the position was put on hold over 3 weeks ago.

HR has confirmed that no other candidate has been selected and continues to say the role is on hold, asking me to wait for further updates.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Did it eventually result in an offer, or was it a soft rejection?

Anyone have any tips to transitioning from CRC to CRA? Is a CCRC necessary for leveling up?

Can anyone give any insight into transitioning from bedside to clinic research? Everytime I look online there seems to be certificate programs that may or may not be a scam/waste of money. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer.
