I have ~4 years of experience and joined my current company 9 months ago. I was told I’d be confirmed after 6 months, but that hasn’t happened yet.

Also, I’m not getting good learning opportunities, and the pay feels low for my experience. Given this, staying here feels a bit risky.

Should I start looking for a switch now, or wait a bit longer?

I hate how my boss always goes on loooong monologue. What could take an hour of meeting turns into 3 hours.

I am new to the team and i am facing lots of issues while doing my workspace setup.I have 3 yrs of experience and all of the guys in my team are atleast 7+ yrs. My team ( 6 onshore+2offshore including me) = 8
If I keep on asking for help again and in the team meetings what my lead will think about me as a developer and everyone will be fed up from me seeing me asking for help repeatedly.

How many rounds of interview conducted at Oracle for SeniorSystem Administrator position?
I have cleared first round . But they are telling there are other rounds too. I am curious please clarify if anyone from Oracle or recently joined .

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

I really wish luck could be on my side.
