I hate how my boss always goes on loooong monologue. What could take an hour of meeting turns into 3 hours.

Ask your boss to be more inclusive. Everyone replies with their thoughts and ask him to discuss each bullet and share thoughts from everyone equally. Give each person a set amount of time to express their points including the boss. Let the boss know that experimenting with something like this allows for a more inclusive environment and a better idea of his teams point of view.

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

What do you do for winter shoes and commuting?

I walk a total ~20 mins in between train/bus stations and then getting from the stop in the loop to the office.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
