I have two offers one from hcl and another from ntt data. Ntt data is offering - 12.3 lpa(11 fixed and 1.3 lpa variable) whereas hcl is 11 lpa(9.8 fixed and remaining variable)
I thinking of working a bit longer period like 3-4yrs so considering wlb(work life balance) and stability which company should I join.

How should I answer the question, “did you earn income working remotely by providing the services in a different state than the state you originally engaged employment with it”? Is commute from herndon(near frying pan road) to ft Belvoir or mead or crystal city or DC really bad? I have some offers but from Google maps it says up to 50 mins one way... not sure if it's too much... but the pay is decent

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. What could be the reasons? What should I do now?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

What should I do ??
