Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? Is there a way I can move to a different company in HR? Or is it best to stay with the same company until I get my GC?
