Hi Folks - As it is Year End time, I have a few questions.

1. Has the end year rating been finalized & frozen or it can change until the rating is published? Or is the process still on.
2. Is the end year rating the same as mid-year or it can change from what was provided during mid-year?

Curious as the mid year discussion happened during July and end year is already here. Not much time between the 2.

Do we see cases where ratings increase from 4 to 5 or 3 to 4 between mid year to end year?
