I'm from Baltimore, and lately, we have had a crazy buying spree, I mean I have sold the same property 2 times in less than 2 weeks, and the person who bought it immediately put it on the market and made an average of $25k in less than 5 days. Many reports show that investing in Baltimore and Philadelphia is the future, I don't doubt it. What is the fastest you have ever resold a property?

Baltimore is a very good square, many studies say so. In my case, the fastest I have resold a property was in less than 3 weeks, two weeks seems excellent to me.

The fastest time a property has sold is in 6 days, but I have not managed to resell any, it seems to me that you achieved a feat.

What are thoughts with regards to transitioning from a commercial banking portfolio manager at a Canadian big 5 to a strategy & transactions consultant at EY-P. Any pros and cons, does any benefits outweigh the other? Looking to hear everyone’s thoughts. So far from my research/chatting with connections it’s sounding like a step down in terms of compensation.

Changed industries, went from large accounting firm to data analyst role at a fast growing finance and accounting startup. Noticed my LinkedIn profile recruiter messages fell of a cliff. Not looking to leave but when the time comes in a year or two, can I expect my marketability to recover? I’m guessing this is due to brand name change and starting in a new industry/role. What can I do to effectively network other than cold messages on LinkedIn?

I have been a graphic designer and front-end web developer for 20 years. (Army trained, no degree) My current job isn’t bad, but there's no path for growth, the pay is nothing special, and I'm feeling like I'm just tired of the "corporate" of things. I could easily just switch to a different company or go freelance again but lately feeling like therapy or something in psychology seems more appealing. Is this a midlife crisis? 41 seems too old to suddenly make a change that big?
