Anyone have experience with a required on-site final interview for a fully remote job? I'll have already had an interview with the hiring manager and a teammate and a presentation of a case study. So with some of the team being fully remote and the role I'm interviewing for being fully remote I'm not sure what I should prepare for the on-site. What is the best way to demonstrate proficiency with Python (and other more "real" AI/ML technologies) to help move from an RPA team lead role to one in analytics/AI?

Already have some programming skill, but no professional experience. I have hobbyist experience, and could make a portfolio on github or something. Or I can just list Python in my skills as Intermediate, which is probably a stretch.

RPA is fine and I can easily get a cert or something, but I think ML is better long term.

I have one question . My brother is in Zensar and he signed a bond with the company when he joined for 2 years. Now on 26/08/2021 his bond is getting over but since he got the offer from product based company and they are asking for exit mail so he checked his portal and it is saying still under bond and showing bond end date . So if he put down papers now . Do we need to pay amount as well . As by the end of 3 month NP he will also covering 10 days of bond ? Please help us .
