Infosys- 44 lacs [Noida in my hometown] and No variable pay
Optum-47 lacs [Bangalore i need to relocate] + 20% variable pay

Year of experience - 9 years
Domain- Data science
Which will be best in terms of long term job security, growth and other factors also.

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?

I had my first IVF transfer yesterday and for the 3 days leading up to the transfer I was having very painful cramps (normal for me) and the cramps have continued post transfer. They only last ~15 minutes after taking Tylenol but they are intense. I’m worried the cramps will interfere with implantation. Does anyone have experience with this? I told my doctor and she didn’t offer much advice other than staying hydrated and following the protocol.
