I have been shortlisted in TCS Interview and submitted documents after receiving confirmation mail. However no further communication or offer letter has been extended by TCS recruitment team. It is almost 25 days since I appeared for Interview.

Can someone tell me the shift timings at Tiger Analytics? I have heard that they have flexible shifts is 8-5 possible?

Is it true for Assoc 602 level who hasn't completed one year, can't have S. My managers(functional and local) gave this reason for my OOO?

But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
