Hi All, I have an offer from PWC AC Bangalore for Senior Associate - Advisory. Can you please let me know if the WFH will continue for sometime like 1-2 years or will it end before that? What about the WLB as I have heard that one has to put 12-14 hours frequently. I just learned that the supplemental long term disability policy offered by my firm does not cover any disability caused or significantly contributed to by pregnancy or childbirth. This feels really discriminatory and unfair to me that the firm would only offer this policy. Women are expected to bear the burden and risk of pregnancy (often more than once) and if there is a complication they don’t get benefits?! Does your firm have this policy exclusion?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. I Resigned on last friday from the portal and i have 2 concerns at the moment i'll cover that in 2 posts.

1. When i tried to press the submit button it showed me an error popup with message saying something like "redundant entry". i'm sure I didn't submit resignation before that ever. But when i came out of the resignation window it was showing resignation submitted on 8/4/22. Kind of weird thing but could it cause in trouble in my clearance process ??

I had my HR discussion in Cognizant and they've provided me the compensation details on telephonic conversation. But I haven't received any mail for documents submission. Can anyone tell me what's the exact procedure and how long it normally takes as my Notice period will be over within 3 weeks.

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.
