Hi,
Got an offer in FedEx for the role of Financial System Specialist for 12lpa at Hyderabad. Had some questions regarding the same.
A) How's the culture at FedEx?
B) How is the growth ?
C) Hikes and appraisal?
D) What is the hybrid implementation if any? As I was told no WFH.

Thanks in advance.

Congratulations
1) culture wise its good , work wise depends on your team , but most of the team here are providing support for applications , and your team doesn't feel demotivated so they(US Peoples) give small small big fixes . (NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR ROLE SORRY)
2) actually here every thing depends on your manager , US people don't care about the employees of india (they only act they care ). Work wise growth and financial growth totally depends on your manager . Yes but there is too much opportunity so you can self learn new things and techs but implementation of those not possible .
3) this company follows a five star system (outstanding , above expectations, successful, needs improvement , too early to rate )
Maximum hike is - 25%(this also depends at what position you are joining , this hike is for fsd -1) minimum is - 3%
Too early to rate generally gets 6% hike
Normally fsd- senior -2 gets 12-15% on 4 start rating bcz there salary are already high .
Senior -1 gets 13-17% or 20% in case of outstanding rating
Normal case rating - 9-11% mostly 9%
Appraisal and Promotion hike is totally in your manager's hands
For promotion you get extra hike ranges from 5-10%
Majority is 8%
While putting the paper manager can give you upto 15% hike on your existing package immediately . Rest they will promise to settle by hike , promotion and awards.

4) in a financial year june - may , you will get 48 WFH , use it as you want , you cannot use more than 10 WFH at a time without your manager approval .
Apart from these 48 , it's totally in your manager's hand . I have seen some seniors who come once in 2 months to show their faces.

Hope this much information is enough for u .

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking
