I just saw that a Hubler watch given to Hitler sold at auction for $1.1 million. It is an interesting watch (despicable as the recipient of said watch was), but it got me thinking about a larger question: does anyone here collect watches owned by the famous (or infamous)?

Recently, the CEO and my boss, the VP gave me the latitude to promote myself and "write my own" job description. I've been the Marketing Manager of this company for about 7 months. Already received 1 raise.

Much of the work in my "new" job description, I've already been doing. My currently salary is $70K. New title is Director of Communications and Systems Integration. What is a reasonable salary increase here.

Am a sys engineer with 2 years of experience from a tier 2 city with 20k as a salary pm, planning to switch and got an offer for Tech Security Analyst in Accenture Bglr location

The offer is around 40k pm. Is it worth it? Or should I look for more opportunities or should I stay in my tier 2 city with maybe if they hike till 25k to 30k pm?

I have a para/assistant teacher that just wants to argue over everything. “You’re the teacher, why do I have to assess the children during break out rooms?” We have 8 kids, and I am only asking her to do 3! The other para is doing 3 and I and doing 2 with IEPs!!! How am I supposed to handle this in a professional manner virtually? Plus she is frustrated b/c o can’t explain everything.
