Hi guys, I’m about to join Amgen India in the HEOR team and have come across mixed (mostly negative) reviews on Glassdoor about work culture and work–life balance. I currently work in a service-based firm with good WLB and have a retention offer.

Could current or recent Amgen India employees—especially in HEOR—share honest insights on:

• Realistic work–life balance
• Team/manager dependency
