Hi guys, I’m working as a Frontend Developer at a non-tech startup for the last 1.6 years. I feel stuck in my comfort zone and keep doubting myself, whether I can survive in IT, switch to a better company, or if coding is even my real passion. I don’t have a clear dream or goal, and the AI era makes me feel more insecure seeing experienced people struggle too. Has anyone else felt like this? How did you figure things out? What should i do, any exp devs could you guide me pleasee.

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.
