All are giving almost same CTC with almost same role. Which organisation should i join . Also I have question if pune will suit me or not. Numbers are rolling… . If I meet my goals, I simply start focusing on lining things up for next year. It never stops.
Ebb and flow throughout the year. I don’t work like a dog every minute of every day. I know you’ve heard this before but it’s very true - it’s a marathon, not a sprint. This is what we do.
You don’t get bonuses in a partnership, just share of the profits. They’re correlated but not directly related to your book of business; we are not on commission. We get goals and ratings just like you do. When we exceed them, we get a bigger share.
So partners can take some breaks but us grunts gotta sprint all year long. Must be nice being on the top. (all jokes aside, I know partners work hard)
That helps Partner 1. Makes me feel a little less guilty :)

This also depends on whether you are asking a partner in Accenture/IBM or B4 types . The former has a more direct correlation for in-year revenue to their variable pay
If that point , I do support pursuits and share revenue with other partners. What’s a whopper year for you can be a crap year for someone else. This way you keep your favor list long and what goes around comes around .
I try to get additionally strategic and make a few bigger bets as well.

Curious too. I know sales correlate to bonus. Is there a percentage based on how much u sell?
