Hi Guys, I’ve received an offer from NAB, I was looking to join the company but after seeing all these negative reviews on Glassdoor and ambitionbox, I’ve started to rethink the same. Can someone who works or has worked in the company help me, should I join or not. I was told that I’ll be working on project to build trading platform from scratch.

Oh, for now I’ve offer from Accenture also, if I do not get any other offer, do you think I should go with Accenture otherwise

Ive worked with Accenture too. If it works out, its alot better than NAB. Nab has already started cost cutting in third year of their business in India. Scary in here in terms of job security too now. Poor leadership and incompetent talent hiring is another issue.
