Yearly hike is only once in march.
Hike percentage is not fixed, it depend on you n your performance. it can range between 5 To 50%
In thoughtworks they say, grade has nothing to do with salary. Grade change happen in between the year but salary change only in march.
Was that an online onboarding ? or did you went to office ?
