Hi Guys, working in IBM since 2022. I have acute slipped disc(validated by MRI & X Ray) & when I entered IBM I provided my documents based on which PeM approved my wfh after getting approval from IBM doc & he didn't ask for med docs again.
Now ever since my project changed,my new PeM is harassing me to provide med docs again saying he needs to get validated by IBM docs again.I got diagnosed with F3 Liver Fibrosis now.Guys what will I do if IBM doc doesn't approve my wfh with this med condition?
