Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve been at Sapient for almost 2 decades and I can definitively say that this is a deviation from our philosophy. This is not how Sapient treats people.
I am sure the hiring manager is under stress as they have daunting hiring targets that they need to hit, and is probably frustrated that they need to start the search again for that role. However that doesn’t excuse the behavior.
Post the name of the person that threatened you. This requires and immediate conversation with the hiring leads and an adjustment in how we approach these situations.

I second this… decade and a half at Sapient, this is just not our way. Sorry you had to experience this.

Yes I completely understand the situation of HR manager but only to save his time and give him time to search new candidate I just said my decision before hand even before getting offer letter, I am afraid that sharing name could put me in more trouble, it's okay, what happened let it be.
I believe you did the right thing. Besides it’s still free countries that we operate in, last time I checked!
