Hi guys

I had my l1 and l2 (face to face) with Llyods Technology Centre on 7th of November
Then on 9th of November I had my BR
I got an email from HR saying i have been selected on Nov 14th
However, till today(24th Nov)- i have not received any update at all
I have tried emailing and calling the HR- no response at all
Is this normal? Did anyone face similar experience?
Can I still hope to get something?

Could a position as an Office Coordinator be the same as Administrative assistant or could be considered as a higher role?
