So yesterday I woke up with an awful migraine; probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It just so happened that my wife and I had things planned with the kids, but I literally couldn’t get out of bed. Long story short, my wife is still pissed that I spent most of the day in bed because of how I was feeling, and in her words, I should have just “sucked it up and dealt with it for us.” This pisses me off to no end. And she’s still being in a bitchy mood today on top of it!

Our clinic is removing the cost barrier of testing but staff are worried about risks since echo rooms don’t have HEPA or negative pressure systems and patients are allowed to remove their masks while running and breathing heavy during image acquisition.

35+4 and almost certain I have the flu - cough, aches, low grade fever, headache, very sore throat from coughing. I’m seeing the doctor today, but how have you all coped if you’ve been here? This is miserable - Delsym only works so well, I had wanted to avoid Tylenol but need it for fever, and I have too many big meetings to not dial in today. 🤒🥱

What does every do for a healthy snack?
Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

I like RX bars, but thinking of switching to fruit with natural PB (I.e. only peanuts and oil) since guessing anything that isn’t processed will help give me that extra push to my goal (175 lbs 15% BF). Any ideas are appreciated!

My wife got covid and is quarantined and the day she started showing symptoms she used my pillow. I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal for most, but that pillow is like a sleeping pill for me. Tried all the pillows at home, got 2 new ones from Costco and Macys but all to waste. Tried asking her to give it to me so that I can wash and use, she said she gets better rest on that one.
