I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Think of the case as just a long word problem being told to you verbally instead of reading it in math text book.
Do a couple quick mental exercises the morning of to get your brain into thinking mode better.
Don’t rush. You can always ask questions and in fact, part of the exercise is about asking questions to help you move the conversation and case forward.
Be genuine. When I interview, I have more enjoyable conversations with people who are themselves. They are also more memorable.
Do a thought experiment using your previous project work as a case. How would you structure it or create a framework. What would be the different modules or pieces of work that you’d do to get to an answer. Draw it out on paper. Think about which you would attack first.
Practice your STAR stories so they’re fresh in your mind but not so practiced that they’re memorized. Have a few like one for teamwork or difficult problems or leadership. Try and keep them to two minutes or less.
Hey this was really helpful. Thank you for replying and taking the time to write this out :)
Relax and be yourself! Really relax, ppl in consulting look/sound much smarter than they truly are, so don’t be intimidated 😀
Thanks!
Good luck OP! I’m a first generation immigrant who interviewed as an experienced hire last fall and made it through :) be yourself, brush up on mental, and read victor cheng!
