I resigned recently however my manager has not accepted the resignation. I have sent email to him as well disicussed on call . May I know What happens if he doesnt approves it in workday. Will NP get extended , when will HR come to know about my resignation, as i dont see any email getting triggered when i resigned.

Is it true we need to return the joining bonus along with GST if we resign within a year in FIS?
What if someone resigns a week after his 1 year completion? Do they still need to pay?
