Any advise on role, security, growth for 12+ yrs experience in SAP ABAP in LTI. Which band and how much CTC ( fixed and variable ) can I expect for the same ?
Current CTC : 20 (F) + 2(V)

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Rising 2nd year here: been rethinking my choice as an M&A attorney. I've had a rough go of it over the first year-and-a-half of practice and am thinking about moving to a different practice area. I'd like to stay on the transactional side, but am not quite sure what areas I can leverage my corporate and M&A skills in. I was thinking T&E (i.e. business succession planning, etc.)

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. I have billed 4+ hours today helping a partner prepare a 10 slide PowerPoint for a board meeting tomorrow. Let’s say half of the time was fixing spacing and formatting. I really don’t care as I am billing all of it, but am I wrong in thinking this is unjustifiably too common and a waste of time?

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Would appreciate any thoughts on how to go about bringing this up without pissing people off because I love the firm and do not want to leave
